4)Increase your protein – Protein is the building blocks of your muscles and one of the ways to gain muscle is to increase your protein intake. You should of course do this through the foods you eat however a good way to boost your protein is by supplements such as whey protein shakes.


5)Drink Water – One of the keys to the whole weight gain process is keeping yourself properly hydrated so make sure you drink about 12 or so 8oz glasses of water per day. The good news is that if you use protein shakes as a supplement then these can count towards your water intake.
